About the role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Mobile App Security Engineer to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic group that identifies risks, provides technical assistance and contributes to continuous improvement of our client experience. You will have the opportunity to help shape, build, and innovate security solutions within a rapidly evolving industry.

What you do

1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.

2. Execute compatibility tests and document results in clear, structured reports.

3. Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by clients, escalating complex cases when necessary.

4. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.

5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issue descriptions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the system.

6. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the teams for further investigation and resolution.

7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solutions to provide comprehensive support to clients.

8. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support documentation.

9. Proactively identify opportunities to improve product reliability, usability, and customer satisfaction based on customer feedback and reported issues.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

What you bring:

Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science/Information Technology or other related field

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in similar roles.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and logically.

Hands-on experience with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues.

Experience with

Android Studio, Xcode, and AI automation tools

.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Excellent communication skills, capable to explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.

Persistence and determination to fully root-cause and resolve complex issues.

Strong written and verbal English skills; understanding Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
