• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies (iOS/Android).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with stakeholders and users.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in agile methodologies and working in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel).

Responsibilities

• User Experience Optimization: Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and improve app functionality.
• Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to monitor app performance, user engagement, and retention metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Feature Prioritization: Maintain a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements based on user feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide regular updates to stakeholders on product performance and roadmap.
