About the Role

:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Development Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. Required skillset: React Native / .NET MAUI / Xamarin. This position combines hands-on mobile application development with strategic leadership and team supervision. The successful candidate will design, develop, and lead the implementation of robust mobile applications using the React Native / .NET MAUI / Xamarin framework while guiding a team of developers, ensuring quality delivery, and aligning efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities

:

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and efficient mobile applications using React Native / .NET MAUI / Xamarin framework. Liaise with internal stakeholders, product managers, and UI/UX designers to understand business requirements and transform them into scalable solutions. Architect solutions that are robust, maintainable, and aligned with strategic business goals. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and encourage best practices. Implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Requirements

:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Mobile Application Developer with expertise in React Native / .NET MAUI / Xamarin. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and secure web service integration. Experience in cloud-based solutions on Azure or AWS. Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Proficiency with version control (e.g., Git) and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Boards). This position is open to Malaysians only.
