As a Mobile Application Marketing Specialist at Deriv, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our mobile applications by executing effective marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to execute marketing campaigns that boost app downloads, engagement, and user acquisition.

Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to our campaigns and contributing to our marketing efforts in the mobile space. Your insights into mobile marketing performance will be valued as you actively contribute to client acquisition and customer revenue.

Your challenges
-Execute all aspects of Deriv\xe2\x80\x99s mobile marketing campaigns, including budgeting, executing ads, coordinating with different teams to drive mobile traffic, and reporting on campaign performance.

-Handle ads on various mobile advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Apple Search.

-Collaborate with the Paid Acquisition team to drive downloads and seamless execution of the pre-set strategy.

-Provide performance reporting and analysis on campaigns \xe2\x80\x94 what worked, what didn\xe2\x80\x99t, and why \xe2\x80\x94 and take relevant action on insights gained.
Requirements

-University degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field or equivalent work experience

-2+ years of proven experience in mobile app marketing and paid advertising, preferably in the finance or technology industry

-Experience in using Mobile Measurement Partners such as Adjust or AppsFlyer

-Good knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation tools

-Strong analytical and communication skills

-Excellent spoken and written English skills

-Work experience in the fintech industry

-Experience with multi-site collaboration over different time zones

-Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimisation for banners, landing pages, and customer activation funnel
