Mobile Engineer Android

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to design, build, and enhance consumer or partner-facing products, platforms, and features. Develop reusable Android software components to support platform scalability. Work with QA teams on CI/CD, automated, and manual testing to ensure top-quality app releases. Monitor live app performance and continuously improve code and user experience. Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and support teammates (including pair programming when needed). Stay updated and evaluate emerging mobile methodologies and technologies.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in modern Android programming paradigms (Kotlin, RxJava). Strong UX/UI experience with a focus on intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces. Knowledge of various architectural approaches, caching, data storage, and security. Strong foundation in computer science (algorithms and data structures). Highly accountable, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset ("Your Problem Is My Problem" approach).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,200.00 per month
