JOB DESCRIPTION Mobile Phone Repair Technician SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER (One Mobile Care SDN BHD) Samsung Authorized Service Center Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, Subang Jaya. RESPONSIBILITY:
- Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s quality standards Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
- Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts
- Reassemble complete device
- Provide recommendations for problem resolution Keep track of inventory and customer devices
- Support productivity by ensuring all request are handled in a timely manner
- Have the ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high-quality work.
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
- NO NEED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
- Can speak, write in Bahasa Melayu & English.
