As our stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 first point of contact, you should make them identify immediately that we are the kind of company they would want to do business with. Therefore, you must demonstrate high levels of customer service and integrity, especially in handling enquiries, issues and complaints.
Keeping front desk occupied
You\xe2\x80\x99ll help ensure that the support for client operations remain as usual in absentee of our colleague who need days off.
Your responsibilities also include but are not limited to: support daily operations as receptionist/ facility coordinator; booking meeting rooms; managing office supplies inventory. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be expected to assist the facilities management team in daily operations

Knowledgeable and experienced
Having experience in a corporate environment, particularly in reception would great value. An experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field is ideal will go a long way.
Flexible and strong commitment.
You must be able to change location and travel to different location on daily basis as per assigned to you. You should be able to have swiftly adapt to various of workplace been assigned to.
