: Collaborating with local People teams on mobility logistics operations including but not limited to visa, flights, housing, and relocation assistance Explain and answer queries from employees and relevant HR stakeholders on mobility policies Working alongside local People teams to execute and improve local mobility processes to align with regional policies and cater to local talent management needs Work collaboratively with leaders and other people team to improve mobility policies based on the organisation\'s current and emerging talent needs Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree with 3 years of relevant work experience Experience in handling mobility operations, or knowledge in cross-border immigration and/or personal tax from professional firms/relocation vendors is a plus Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to deliver work on time Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude Comfortable with ambiguity Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border interactions and discussions across stakeholders
