Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (Example, Village Grocer, Giant, NSK, Jaya Grocer, 99 Speedmart, etc.).
Negotiate trading terms, listings, promotions, and pricing with buyers.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales, distribution, and profit targets.
Monitor account performance, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of trade activities and stock availability.
Prepare and present business reviews, sales forecasts, and promotional performance reports.
Manage in-store activities such as display, merchandising, sampling, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any account issues or claims.
Track competitors' activities and market dynamics to provide feedback to management.
