Job Description

Responsible to install and remove injection molds according to production schedules and instructions. Responsible to perform mold changes and setup activities safely and efficiently. Responsible to ensure proper alignment and clamping of molds. Responsible to conduct start-up checks, including water lines, hydraulic connections, and hot runner controller hookups. Responsible to verify and follow up the completion of plastic injection mold setup. (Up & Down Mold) Responsible to document mold setups and posting working hours during mold change. Performed daily 7s activity / safe working environment and maintain high standard. Report problems or concerns with Molds to superior. To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Qualification & Experience:

SPM or Certificate Fresh Graduate or Min 1 year experience with Molding or related field.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
