Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Monitoring Analyst

to join our operations team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networks, servers, and operating systems, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires individuals who can work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement:

Basic knowledge of various network, server and operating systems is preferable Possess good analytical and problem solving skills Possess effective communication skills with good command of English language both in written and spoken Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive work attitude and be able to work independently

Applicants must be willing to work 12 hours shift (rotation of 4 days work and 4 days off)

Value added if the candidate has :

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, etc.) Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix). Familiarity with routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, MPLS) would be added advantage. Basic knowledge of firewall configurations and network security best practices. Experience with network performance analysis tools and techniques.
