Position: Montessori Primary Teacher Location: SRII Madrasati, Seksyen 7, Shah Alam Start Date: December 2025 Employment Type: Contract Job Responsibilities: o Plan and deliver lessons based on Montessori methods for children aged 6-12. o Create a nurturing, engaging, and respectful classroom environment. o Observe and assess students' development and adapt lessons accordingly. o Maintain a prepared and orderly classroom with appropriate learning materials. o Foster independence, responsibility, and a love of learning in students. o Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student growth. o Maintain records and write progress reports. Requirements: o Diploma or Certification in Montessori Education (AMI/AMS/other recognized institute). o Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. o Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setting (preferred). o Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude. o Passionate about child-led, hands-on learning.
