Also, to ensure that robust sales process, stringent service standards in compliance with local regulatory requirements are met Job Responsibilities In charge of the strategic acquisition of new customers for mortgage / housing loan products through the available marketing channels. Grow the bank\'s current customer portfolio in providing product solutions in accordance with the Bank\'s prescribed standards and regulatory requirements Contribute to the profitability and growth by developing and maintaining customer relationships through utilising the full spectrum of banking services Source for prospective clients (Personal, Priority and Business Banking) for mortgage loans through alliance tie-ups such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers & lawyers. Understand client needs for mortgage financing, structure proposed solution and close the sale further to credit approval. Understand and uncover client\'s other financial needs and refer relevant retail and wealth products Working alongside Employee Banking and segment team to include Mortgage offers as part of corporate offers as part of cross-sales activities.
