Multi-Branch Spa & Wellness Area Manager - Mont Kiara KL

Our client, an award-winning spa brand, is seeking an
experienced Area Manager
to oversee daily operations, lead a team across 4 branches, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities:
Manage spa operations, sales, staff scheduling & inventory. Lead, train & motivate a team of 10+ staff. Ensure sales targets & customer satisfaction are achieved. Handle customer feedback & resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
SPM/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Mgmt or equivalent. Fluent in English & Malay (Mandarin an advantage). Below 40 years old, with leadership & decision-making skills. Prior experience in
beauty & wellness
industry preferred. Independent, confident & able to work shifts/weekends.Package:
RM6,000 - RM7,000 + Commission + Allowances
Hostel provided (if required)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical, annual bonus, trips, uniforms, training, OT
2 weekdays off, shifts: 10am-7pm / 12pm-9pm
Branches: Mont Kiara, Arcoris, Retail 163, The Curve
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Experience:
