Kelayakan

• Passion and interest in designs
• Diploma/degree in arts, graphic design, multimedia or equivalent
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffects, Premiere Pro or equivalent
• A keen eye for aesthetics and a strong grasp of typography, composition, and a creative visual eye
• Good command in English, both speaking and writing. (Mandarin are an added advantage)
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, multi tasking, self motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions
• Capable of executing design projects independently
• Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming
• Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized
• Excellent time management skills
• Knowledge in motion graphic design, video shooting/editing

Tanggungjawab

• Conceptualize and create visuals based on requirements
• Present ideas through rough drafts and visual presentations
• Design illustrations, animations, and motion graphics using software or by hand
• Utilize typography, illustration, photography, and layouts to develop designs
• Apply suitable colors and layouts for each graphic
• Perform image retouching and manipulation
• Collaborate with internal team members to produce final designs
• Ensure visually appealing and on-brand graphics and layouts
• Independently develop design work across various media channels
• Create motion graphics for social media and digital ads
• Adapt creative assets for different ad formats and channels
• Design mock ups and proposals in Google slides for new client pitches
• Collaborate with Brand Consultants and Campaign Managers to meet deadlines and brief requirements
• Stay updated with design and social media content trends
