• Proficient in multimedia production skills, including shooting, video editing, and image processing software.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media, familiarity with the characteristics of different platforms and user behaviors.
• Excellent creative and execution abilities, able to independently plan and execute diverse marketing activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, adept at coordinating work with different teams and partners.
• Some knowledge of digital marketing data analysis, able to adjust and optimize strategies based on data.

• Develop and execute multimedia marketing strategies, including shooting, editing, and publishing various forms of content such as photos, videos, and audio.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, ensuring timely updates and engagement.
• Analyze social media data and user feedback, adjust marketing strategies to increase exposure and engagement.
• Responsible for planning and executing online advertising campaigns, monitoring ad performance, and optimizing.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure multimedia marketing activities align with overall company objectives.
