The ideal candidate should be a skilled and results-driven digital marketing strategist, that can lead and craft the overall digital commerce transformation strategy for our clients encompassing the ecosystem of eCommerce CMS platforms and Retail solutions on Cloud, omnichannel enablement platforms, digital marketing, data & analytics and more - with the end goal to help our clients drive revenue & growth and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will respond to internal and client strategy briefs and unspoken needs, by stating hypotheses and conducting research to verify them. You are able to craft solutions and recommendations for client\'s Commerce and digital marketing presence and ecosystem and articulate it in a simple, concise and understandable manner towards business goals and outcomes. Ideal candidates for this position should be innovative, a digital-native and multimedia savvy. Ultimately, you should have a firm grasp of the various online and offline touchpoints, steer our client\'s digital narrative, and drive highly effective digital strategies and campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in growing our client\'s business, customer base, and improving user experience. To apply you ideally have prior Digital Media or Marketing Agency experience in the fields of Digital, eCommerce and Performance Marketing. You must have a strong strategic mindset and have a good understanding of online platforms and driving media efficiencies and business growth. You will be an expert at MS Powerpoint presentations and MS Excel. You will also have a deep understanding of the strategies that grows digital adoption in terms of users and transactions while meeting customer\'s needs by bringing together intuitive and seamless journeys, great customer insights and powerful convergent between technologies, marketing and platforms. What are you accountable for . Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop effective digital marketing strategies and proposals for various eCommerce businesses (inclusive of digital advertising strategy, media and campaign planning). . Develop eCommerce and digital marketing strategies that drive towards customer goals and revenue (inclusive of digital advertising, social media, content, CRM, email marketing, etc). . Identify and develop new opportunities to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers, and increase sales for eCommerce clients. . Deliver objective driven media plans and budgeting for clients (platforms, ad formats, duration, frequency, targeting, messaging, etc). . Set-up and continuously monitor and perform optimization of performance marketing campaigns across key platforms: Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Social Media, Display and Video Advertising, with the end goal to drive better ROIs. . Analyze and measure business impact for brand awareness, conversion and loyalty using media performance, web analytics and research tools. Assess the performance of each digital channel and provide recommendations to maximize ROI. . Participate in quarterly performance reviews for existing clients to help drive media efficiencies and drive customers\' business growth . Collaborate closely with internal teams (Business Management, Insights & Analytics, Tech, etc) to build client relationships and deliver the best value for each client management . Actively identifies relevant awards to participate in and assists in the award write-up and submission. . Consistently keep abreast on latest platform updates, news and trends to ensure timely implementation for clients where relevant and to also provide updates to clients. . Support in preparing Digital Marketing and eCommerce related content for webinars and participate in the presentations as well. What do you need to have for this role . Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a digital media agency, advertising, marketing, eCommerce, etc . Strong experience in planning and managing Performance based marketing for eCommerce industry . Digital Native, with a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape, technologies, retail, cloud, consumer & industry trends, competition etc . Preferably strong experience with Google Analytics and data reporting software (e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc..) . Strategic thinker with the a bility to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business initiatives . Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills ability to work with considerable ambiguity . Results-motivated self-starter relentlessly resourceful . Good communication and presentation skills (fluency in Powerpoint is a must) . Tremendous attention to detail process-oriented & organized . Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
