• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Basic Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and content management systems, wix, wordpress.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality multimedia content.

Scopes:Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Multimedia and Technical Support Specialist located in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will be responsible for various multimedia and technical support tasks, which include but are not limited to:Responsibilities:Technical Support:

• Provide prompt and effective technical support to internal teams and end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring a seamless workflow.
• Liaising with various vendors, suppliers, and contractors for multimedia and technical support service-related issues.

Website Improvements:

• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our company websites.
• Implement updates, improvements, and new features to optimize user experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team for the improvements of the websites.

Audio Editing:

• Edit and curate audio content for playlists, ensuring a high-quality and engaging listening experience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align audio content with brand messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative audio editing techniques.

Audio Recording:

• Assist in audio recording sessions, ensuring the capture of high-quality sound.
• Work with recording equipment and software to achieve optimal audio results.
• Collaborate with artists and content creators to bring their vision to life through audio recording.
