Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality music lessons.
Teach a range of musical disciplines, including both instrumental and vocal techniques.
Organise and lead school concerts, recitals, and other musical events.
Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
Inspire students to develop their skills, confidence, and appreciation for music.
Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular initiatives.
Integrate educational technology to enhance the music learning experience.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field.
Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar teaching role.
Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional development.
Ability to build positive and supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
