Job Title: Juru Terapi Spa Muslimah Job Type: Contract Work Mode: On-site Location: Kota Kemuning Selangor, Malaysia Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Juru Terapi Spa Muslimah to join our team. As a Juru Terapi Spa Muslimah, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering various spa treatments to our Muslimah clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of massage therapy and aromatherapy, and a passion for health and wellness. Responsibilities: - Provide spa treatments to Muslimah clients, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa therapies. - Ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients during their spa experience. - Assess each client\'s needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their preferences and health conditions. - Perform massages and other spa therapies using various techniques and products. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas. - Educate clients on the benefits of different spa treatments and products. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. - Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products, supplies, and equipment. - Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. - Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the spa industry. Requirements: - Minimum secondary education or high school diploma. - 0-1 years of working experience in a similar role, Training provided. - Certification in massage therapy, aromatherapy, or related field is preferred. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Strong knowledge of different massage therapy techniques, aromatherapy, and health and wellness practices. - Ability to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients. - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other spa professionals. - Must be legally eligible to work in West Malaysia Salary Range: RM 1500 to RM 3500 (depending on qualifications and experience) If you are passionate about providing exceptional spa experiences to Muslimah clients and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
