for Secretary
-Coordinate administrative activities in the department to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policies
-Manage meeting agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
-Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
-Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the Department
-Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
-Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
-Assist the department in compiling and finalising reports, proposals and presentations as needed
-Assist colleagues as and when required
Qualifications
-Diploma/Degree in relevant field;
-At least 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar capacity;
-Resourceful, proactive, structured, organized, team player, customer and result oriented, ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently;
-Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; and
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
