Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts and reports in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) Take ownership of inventory control, including physical stock counts, identifying stock variances, and computing necessary provisions related to inventory Conduct monthly financial analysis to support management decision-making Participate in and provide support for the annual budget preparation process Prepare consolidated financial reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness Coordinate and submit financial reporting to the Group Oversee and review the financial performance of subsidiaries under the company ensuring alignment with Group standards and requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership is an advantage

2. Experience

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role Experience in preparing full sets of accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting Familiarity with local tax regulations, SST, and audit processes

3. Technical Skills

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Good understanding of financial statements, accounting standards (e.g., MFRS)

4. Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities

5. Language Proficiency

Compulsory to communicate in Mandarin for dealing with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

6. Other Requirements

Able to work independently with minimal supervision Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willing to travel if necessary (e.g., to audit branches or vendors)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
