Work you\'ll do Prepare, compose and edit all official documents such as various engagement letters, agendas, presentation, weekly and monthly reports, and handle all internal and external correspondences in order to provide any administrative assistance as requested. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for Partner, which also include travel and lodging arrangements. Coordinate with various staff levels for operational support activities of the unit serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems. Process invoice issuance after completion each fieldwork in SAP system and weekly monitor collection as committed. Provide daily assistance to Partner/Managers as necessary such as dealing with incoming calls/inquiries, assisting visitors and solving a wide range of administrative problems. Handling audit correspondences Preparation for outgoing couriers Compiling monthly management reports and submit reporting Monthly audit budget Handling billing request and issuance of bills Final completion check for accounts prior to printing Distribution of incoming mails in accordance with ISO 27001 requirements Liaise with finance on collections and claims matters Coordinating signatory for Deloitte Corporate Solution SB (Liquidation and Receivership) Office infrastructure maintenance coordinator Back-up receptionist Monitoring and maintenance of licenses for partners Your role as a leader At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels. Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or other related fields 1 - 2 years experience in secretary, admin, or personal assistant Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Ability in English language skills in verbal and written communication Good coordinator with strong organizing, interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented & service minded Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
