The role we are hiring for We are seeking an Executive, Network Management (Medical) who will provide accurate and prompt assistance to the panel network of providers with accurate information and able to communicate effectively in between internal stakeholders and external parties (Eg. Panel Providers, Insurance Partners, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment. Prior experience in Healthcare Administration, Insurance industries, Specialist or General Practitioners\' clinic Practice will be helpful. This role reports directly to the Manager, Networking Management. A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows: Responsibilities Manage rostering for our DA Clinics Management of locum communications. Assisting the Manager on locum management which includes being on standby for last minute arrangements Provide approval of medical claims to panel clinics. Review of medical enquiries from panel clinics and provide advice/solution. Conduct internal and external audit for medical claims submitted Assisting the Manager to ensure fulfillment of Cost containment agreed with clients. Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate. Requirements Any relevant experience with at least 2 years in Healthcare domain, General Practitioners\' clinic Practice or Hospital Strong medical knowledge is a plus Strong operations background Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required. Comfortable with ambiguity - we\'re a fast-growing business and there\'s always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
