Work you\'ll do: Maintaining, updating, and filing of employee\'s professional studies and certifications records Advising, and administering the professional studies and certification subsidies related matters Preparing and administering the training agreements\' related matters Administering eLeave management system, and other leave matters related to professional studies and certification Primary contact and handing employees queries on professional studies and certifications Liaising with relevant stakeholders (ie. professional bodies, tuition providers, vendors etc.) Monitoring and tracking the employees\' professional studies progress and performance Dealing with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) matters Administering the professional bodies\' membership matters Managing and delivering the day to day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks Supporting the implementation of SEA HR and local HR initiatives and systems Assisting in special projects as and when needed Your role as a leader At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels. Requirements: Degree in Human Resource management/ Business Studies/ Management Minimum 1 - 2 years of work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel skill is an added advantage.
