• Ensure dunning calls being made to follow-up on collections. (MY has set a minimum target of 20 calls/emails daily and to submit daily status via email to Credit Control Manager).
• To drive MY collections and to work closely with all MY Partners/Directors/Managers & engagement team members in all aspect of collections.
• Access via daily log in with online banking to view daily deposit transactions for review/identification and recording. To ensure daily MY collections being documented via \'AR Collection Matching Record\' (ACMR) for all functions & daily workflow submitted to GFS for posting. Also assist to check on auto matched transactions posted by GFS against the invoices are correct & to assist in sending workflow to GFS for correction.
• To liaise/check with Eng team/GL Team/HR of any unidentified inward remittances/deposits or partial payment for matching & to update GFS for posting.
• To liaise/follow-up with Deloitte worldwide interfirm offices on AR.
• To assist CCM to issue reminder/final reminder to clients or issue notice for suspension of services to clients.
• Assisting CCM/MY Finance & GFS in clearing unidentified deposits and to follow-up with eng team in obtaining withholding tax certificate/receipt from clients and Deloitte worldwide interfirm offices for GL Team/Tax Agent to claim tax credits for respective MY Deloitte entities.
• To assist in sending workflow to GFS for daily ARCMR and to liaise with eng team for cn and refund to clients with approval from Eng Partners, raise memo & to obtain the relevant documents to arrange for refund to clients due to overpayment/subsequent discount granted & overbilling & etc.
• To provide payment status updates via reporting & to assist Credit Control Manager in all other credit control matters.

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor\'s Degree from any field of study.
• Must be self-motivated and dynamic with strong desire to learn.
• Able to work independently and good team player.
• Strong communication skills, with good written and spoken English
