The C&R Sector is underpinned by the end-to-end (E2E) Global Bitumen Sales & Marketing Business, which is resilient to the Energy Transition, with an existing and emerging portfolio of premium bitumen solutions that can already help address the customer ecosystem\xe2\x80\x99s Decarbonization requirements. Further, the C&R Sector has a significant growth trajectory to expand and enhance its Customer Centric offerings with non-bitumen energy products, services, and solutions such as commercial fuels, DLNG, hydrogen, power including solar, and nature-based solutions to accelerate the Decarbonization of the Sector\xe2\x80\x99s energy ecosystem. In addition to current customer segments (Asset Owners, Integrated Contractors, Distributors) the Sector will also focus on new customer groups such as Construction Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Cement companies to address their Decarbonization efforts. What is the role? The purpose of the MY/ME Marketing Manager is; To help the organization to shift from a Product driven marketing approach to a Sector needs based approach by generating relevant sector insights across the value chain and translating to fit for purpose Customer Value Propositions that will differentiate us from competition and enable the business to deliver material financial outcome. Develop and execute sector marketing and advocacy strategy to support growth aspirations. Develop a Decarbonization Roadmap for the Sector (which currently does not exist) and execute it by building new partnerships and customers across the Sector customer ecosystem Driving customer centricity and co-developing integrated customer offer and sales pitches with Sales and Pricing through adoption of Challenger mindset:
Generate and integrate insights from market intelligence frame-work with clear \xe2\x80\x9cSo What\xe2\x80\x9d. Develop & own CVP framework/sales toolkits with localization of global marketing materials
Optimize value of all customer offers through the provision of CVP offerings and maintain customer portfolio banding.
Maintain overarching view of Pipeline strength, Own S&P of SPANCOP process
Continue to strengthen Bitumen as anchor business for C&R, while preparing and growing Bitumen & Beyond
Country marketing and advocacy strategy(OU responsibilities)
Develop the country marketing and advocacy strategy and support the operationalization plan. Drive campaigns by working with multiple stakeholders to support advocacy program and own internal/external communications with move towards digital platforms.
Formulate Sector and channel strategy with clear segmentation of demand/customer
Develop country specific decarbonization strategy/plans for sector from country legislations and policy developments.
Market intelligence to support/drive business and pricing strategy
Lead market intelligence for country around Construction and Road sector with Sales and other business\xe2\x80\x99s input focusing on decarbonization.
Formulate key insights based on market intelligence to drive business and pricing strategy.

Develop a Decarbonization Roadmap for the Sector (which currently does not exist) and execute it by building new partnerships and customers across the Sector customer ecosystem
Develop and deliver new Decarbonization offers enabled by cross-COB mandates (MoA), and which could also be sourced through strategic partnerships
Increased collaboration with New Energies (e.g. Solar power) and other Classes of Business (COBs)
Continue to provide optionality & flexibility to our Energy Hubs, making RDS a stronger, more resilient business through the Energy Transition
Provide World-Class Returns sustainably to RDS and our shareholders, extracting additional value uplift from enhanced Cross / Up-Selling propositions
What do we need from you? The Construction & Roads organization values customer-focused professionals with a proven track record of high performance and demonstrated capacity in deploying an entrepreneurial mindset and agile ways of working. Key Experiences:
Strong commercial experience and performance in a B2B environment. Marketing and account management/sales experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills as evident by ability to communicate, proven ability to influence/guide teams and to leverage on a diverse work force. Track record of working effectively in virtual teams
A good understanding of Downstream business
