Sales Representative


Location: Gelang Patah / Iskandar Puteri



Job Summary



Proactively managing assigned customers, ensuring high service levels. Resolving order discrepancies within their area. Qualifying and responding to incoming inquiries, escalating when needed.
Our goal is to deliver superior sales service that helps retain existing customers, secure new business, and identify opportunities--particularly within the key C&D customer category--for potential sales growth.

Job Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, engaging with key contacts across purchasing, engineering, quality, operations, and management. Conduct Annual Business Reviews to keep pricing, product specs, and quality requirements up to date, ensuring smooth long-term delivery. Resolve order discrepancies promptly, liaising with customers and internal teams until issues are fully resolved and acknowledged. Qualify and respond to incoming inquiries, generating quotes and proposals where appropriate, or redirecting to other team members as needed. Execute sales plans, including proactive calls to smaller customers, early follow-ups for repeat orders, and preparing annual demand forecasts. Document all customer interactions in the database for current tracking and future planning. Travel as needed for sales meetings, customer visits, relationship building, and problem resolution. Maintain an organized and professional workstation with accessible records. Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, performance enhancement, waste minimization, and environmental sustainability. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements



Associate's degree in business, communications, or general studies (Bachelor's preferred; science/engineering technology a plus). Assessment benchmarks: Wonderlic >25, Bennett Mechanical >75%, CPP profile: Supporter/Driver. Customer-oriented with prior customer service or sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines with accuracy. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
