Regulatory and Risk Advisory - Led a team to provide advise to client on operational risk matters, governance and compliance to the regulatory guidelines and framework - Able to advise the client on technical operational risk matters (such as Outsourcing, RCSA, Key Risk Indicators, Loss Event, etc.) - Able to manage stakeholders effectively - Perform risk training or workshop to educate the client in terms of designing, identifying, evaluation and monitoring risk through RCSA 2. Business Development - Able to work together with the team to develop go-to-market strategy pertaining to enterprise risk matters - Able to conduct extensive research and develop point-of-views and insights on market, industry and any recent events that the company could leverage for go-to-market strategy.
