  • The MYSG IM Deliver Specialist for Deliver (Customer Service, Warehouse & Distribution) is to assist in Warehousing, distribution and logistics operation. He/She will also provide an assistance in managing the relationship of local supplier/vendors and third-party intermediaries. He/she is to ensure adherence and compliance to EH&S, Quality, Regulatory, SOX, HCBI policies and standards.
  • Responsible in ensuring customer\'s satisfaction through effective management of the customer order processing function. Accountable for timely response to Customer, / Customer Development/Sales team\'s inquiries and resolving Order to Cash (OTC) process issues.
  • Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team and to maintain and enhance customer relationships and to meet the organizational and operational objectives.
  • He/She is required to actively support the efficient and compliant execution of all tendering activities in accordance with public procurement standards and regulations and track their status and execution ensuring alignment to project deadlines.
  • He/She will support end to end deliver activities for both Malaysia and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the day-to-day order management activities are executed flawlessly and timely.
  • Collects data and prepares routine reports for management review.
  • Monitor Order to Cash process related activities for compliance to business procedures and workflows.
  • Works closely with Commercial partners to measure customer satisfaction relating to ordering process and delivery arrangement.
  • Collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.
  • Acts as a liaison between J&J, Commercial team, and Distributor to ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
  • Participates Customer\'s supply chain related meeting / review.
  • Actively notify management on the changing needs and recommends process changes to accommodate customer requirements.
  • Responds to and resolves complex customer complaints.
  • Work with 3PL/4PL to ensure service and order deliver on time to customers and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements.
  • Ensure Customer Service activities are aligned with the total Supply Chain strategies.
  • Participate actively in alignment and adherent to business objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Back up team member\'s task during absences or in cases they are not able to perform their duties.
  • To refer to TV-SOP-13882 JJMY SOP - Handling of Controlled Substance for further details on the roles and responsibilities related to Controlled Substance.
  • To lead a small team to develop the candidate\'s people management skills.

  • Continuous improvement of Warehouse and Logistics processes to support the deliver superior Customer Service levels and drive operational excellence.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to optimize customer service/warehouse/Logistics and delivery productivity levels, costs improvement process etc.

  • Knowledge in SAP system (OTC and other related modules), fluent in languages used in day-to-day business activities, ability to communicate with different level of stake holders and good people management skills.
  • The IM Deliver Specialist will also support the supply chain team and company for ad hoc tasks and projects from time to time as required.
  • Degree Holder preferably in Business Management, Economics, International Studies, logistics, operational management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in "Order To Cash" (OTC) process with Warehouse and Distribution Exeprience
  • SAP System knowledge, especially in "Order To Cash" process and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Basic Understanding of EDI or VMR or Order Management Process
  • Basic Understanding of Return & Rejection Process
  • Strong in Analytical Skill and Problem Solving with the ability to evaluate issues and conflicts and make timely decision that benefit both the customers and the business.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems and coordinate appropriate internal resources to help solve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Knowledge of the RFx (Request for Proposals/Quotations/Information) generation process.
  • Knowledge of public procurement contracting and tendering principles
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and policy briefs.
  • Ability to observe and maintain confidentiality in the performance of duties
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as both a team player and a team leader, able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, work successfully within a team environment, proactive team player, able to take charge and follow-through
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work and thrive in a multi-cultural environment, as well as an ability to work in a matrix environment are required
  • Having Flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever- changing supply chain environment and organization development driven
  • Willing to work on Public Holiday / Extra Working Hours
  • Strong application and knowledge of MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
