• Oversee End-to-End Operations: Manage the entire scope of Railing, Barging, and E-commerce warehouse operations across Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring seamless execution.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust strategies to optimize operations and align with the company\'s overarching goals.

• Budget Management: Evaluate departmental budgets, driving initiatives to maximize profitability and cost efficiency.

• Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among teams, promoting cross-functional learning and a unified approach to achieving objectives.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth, efficient operations, consistently meeting or exceeding established KPIs across all functions.

• Regulatory Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance across all operational activities.

• Resource and Staff Management: Supervise the overall resourcing strategy, ensuring adequate training and development opportunities for all team members.

• Problem Solving and Innovation: Employ creative problem-solving techniques to drive continuous improvement and introduce innovative operational practices.

Who We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience in transportation, intermodal, and ocean network operations, with proven people management skills.

• E-commerce and warehouse experience is a significant advantage.

• Strong background in project management and process improvement.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay.

• Experience interacting with government authorities is highly desirable.

• Excellent people management skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
