National Accounts Manager - Air Care & Lifestyle Fragrances (FMCG)
Location:
Bukit Jelutong, Shah AlamOur client is a well-established brand in
premium car air fresheners and lifestyle fragrances
, with strong visibility across major retail chains. They are seeking aNational Accounts Manager
to lead strategic partnerships with key retailers, drive category growth, and strengthen nationwide market presence within the air care segment.Key Responsibilities
Own and manage national key accounts including
Watsons, hypermarkets, and convenience store chains
. Develop and execute account strategies to driverevenue growth, distribution expansion, and brand visibility
. Analyse sales performance, shopper behaviour, and category trends to identify growth opportunities. Leadtrade marketing initiatives
, promotions, and in-store merchandising execution. Oversee account forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Collaborate closely withmarketing, supply chain, and finance teams
to ensure seamless execution. Address key account issues professionally and provide guidance to junior team members when required.Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Business, Marketing, Sales
, or a related discipline.6-8 years of FMCG experience
, with at least2-3 years managing key or national retail accounts
. Proven track record handlingWatsons, hypermarkets, or large-scale retail chains
. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Proficient inEnglish
;Mandarin is an added advantage
