: IT Manager - National Sales Company (Automotive) Location : Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Key Responsibilities : IT Strategy and Leadership : Implement an IT strategy that aligns with the organization\'s business goals. Provide leadership and direction to ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to identify and address technology-related requirements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan to minimize disruptions in case of IT failures or disasters. System Integration and Management : Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP, Salesforce, and DMS systems. Guarantee the integrity, security, and performance of these systems. Plan and execute system enhancements as required. Operational IT Support: Take responsibility for day-to-day operational IT support, including user assistance and issue resolution. Supervise and support the subordinate team member responsible for IT support tasks. Maintain a responsive and efficient support environment for end-users. Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and customer information. IT Budget and Resource Management : Develop and manage the IT budget to efficiently allocate resources. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT spending. Vendor and Third-Party Management : Manage relationships with IT service providers and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Evaluate and negotiate contracts for software, hardware, and IT services. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on IT performance, project status, and key metrics for senior management. Maintain thorough documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures. Requirements : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and DMS systems. Proficiency in SAP modules relevant to automotive industry operations (e.g., SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO). Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization, strong understanding of data management. Experience with data integration tools and techniques to ensure seamless data flow between systems. Knowledge of automotive-specific software and technologies used in sales, service, and inventory management. Technical expertise in network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based technologies. Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Salesforce Certified Administrator) is advantageous.
