About the job Native Japanese HVAC Engineer

Who we are?
Our client was established in 1982 in Malaysia. The company is involved in project execution, supply, installation, maintenance & other related works for industrial heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), electrical supply system, utility process and cleanroom systems.

s:

• Work with project team and involved in procurement, construction, commissioning etc.
• Manage project execution at site for Mechanical or Electrical distribution system, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system etc.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, procedures and requirements.
• Liaise with client, consultant, sub-contractor, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, space management, site activities.
• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation orders.
• Attend SMBWA, toolbox meeting and design review meeting if required.
• Update As-Built drawing and prepare handover documents.
• Prepare Request for Information (RFI) on changes of specification.
• Work together with safety personnel to ensure site safety regulation and requirements are adhered & accomplish zero Interruption to Production (ITP) & Near Miss Incident/Accident.
• Work with internal QA/QC team & client QA/QC team for material receiving inspection, etc.
• Check & prepare construction shop drawings, etc and able to explain the drawings requirement to subordinates & client.
• Prepare Methods of statement (MOS), installation, inspection test plan to the assign system & ensure work executed based on MOS, shop drawings and schedule & in compliance with respective industrial material construction specification.
• Prepare technical presentation to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Native Japanese
• Over 5 years of HVAC & building mechanical experience locally
• Possess valid driving license
• To be based at Northern side

\xef\xbb\xbfTotal package up to MYR 20,000 (depending on experience)
