Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions. Oversee the development and enhancement of web applications, iOS apps, and desktop solutions. Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient application structures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features. Monitor, maintain, and improve application performance and user experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and governance best practices. Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve development processes. Manage the technology stack and system documentation. Provide UAT, production, and disaster recovery (DR) support. Liaise with infrastructure teams to maintain system stability and availability. Support seamless transition of projects to business-as-usual operations. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science. Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, system design, and implementation. At least 5 years of experience leading development teams with proven delivery success. Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, HTML5/CSS, JQuery. Familiarity with additional technologies such as Spring Framework, REST APIs, Swift, Objective-C, and VB6 is an advantage. Proficient with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. Experience with cloud-native, microservices, micro-frontends, containers, or Kubernetes is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrates good IT governance, strong coding discipline, and a passion for quality software.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
