Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

NetSuite Systems Analyst / Administrator

to manage, optimise, and secure our NetSuite ERP platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support solutions that enhance business efficiency and ensure the effective use of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to drive continuous improvement across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, optimise, and secure the

NetSuite platform

, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and performance. Lead and support

NetSuite implementation projects

from initiation through deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to

review business processes, gather requirements, and design system interfaces

. Integrate NetSuite with other internal systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms. Provide

application and business support

to the Global Finance Systems Lead. Maintain and enhance existing system configurations and resolve technical and functional issues promptly. Prepare and deliver

reports, dashboards, and analytics

to support decision-making. Manage

data governance, cleansing, and migration

activities as required. Update and maintain

technical and functional documentation

, including systems design, workflows, and testing scripts. Conduct

end-user training

, workshops, and presentations to enhance platform adoption and efficiency. Identify and assess risks, escalating issues to management as appropriate. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent processes and best practices are followed. Provide

regular updates to the Global Finance Systems Manager

on project progress and operational matters.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum

5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP

in a systems, administrative, or implementation role. Proven experience

implementing finance or ERP solutions

at a large or global scale. Strong knowledge of

process mapping, system optimisation, and ERP best practices

NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant

(required).

SAP Business One or other ERP certifications

(advantageous but not essential). Bachelor's degree in

Information Systems, Accounting, or related field

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM21,000.00 per month
