Key Duties:
Manage LAN, WAN, internet, and intranet systems.
Monitor server health and performance.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
Perform backups and disaster recovery planning.
Collaborate with other IT teams for scalability and security.
Analyze network data to identify bottlenecks or weaknesses.
Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of network protocols and hardware.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication for user support.
Ability to plan and manage projects.
Knowledge of security best practices.
The position is based in Seremban on a 1 year contract (renewable).
