Job Description

The Network Administrator - L3 will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and advanced support of enterprise network infrastructure. This role involves leading network operations across LAN, WAN, routing and switching environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. The candidate will act as an escalation point for L2/L3 issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and scalable network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage enterprise LAN and WAN network environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Design, configure, and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies in large-scale networks. Provide L3-level support and act as the final escalation point for complex network incidents and problems. Manage and support Cisco network technologies, including Cisco DNA Center (DNAC). Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot F5 Load Balancers to ensure application availability and traffic optimization. Manage firewall environments, including configuration, rule management, and security troubleshooting. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents. Support network changes, upgrades, and migrations following change management processes. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure end-to-end network reliability. Maintain network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Pay: Up to RM14,000.00 per month
