Job Description
: . Establish SOP and logic to identify the correct hubs . Maintain and update address tools to ensure all addresses are reflected in the correct zone . Work with ground ops team for re-bordering of zones, resolve Hub-to-Hub issues . Manage BPOs / Contract staffs and quality check the work done by the team . Engage in special projects when needed with leg owners . Work with product team on address tool enhancements - includes providing use case and conduct UAT . Work with internal teams to incorporate new processes when needed, includes updating SOP and training team members Requirements: . Candidates must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any equivalent field . Preferably familiar with the last mile delivery process with the challenges in delivering parcels to the end customers efficiently and on time . Proficient in using Google Sheets and Google Slides (able to effectively manage and analyze data in spreadsheets, create templates and create presentations) . Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data to optimize logistics processes . Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
