Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to provide troubleshooting, diagnose & support LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, hubs, switches, WAN-accelerators and other hardware Install, configure & deploy new network related infrastructures such as switch, routers, firewall & wireless access points. Able to work independently to lead project & support network related infrastructure. Conduct research on network products, services, protocols and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry Willing to work after office hours if required Create and maintain document as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records using MS Office products like Word and Visio. CCNA in routing/switching or security is an advantage to apply Ensure that SLA are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved
SKILLS:
Have good communication skills among colleagues, distributor and principals Hands-on experience implementing, administrating and support network devices such as firewalls, network switches, routers, VPN, wireless access points and IP Telephony.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
