DESIGNATION : Network Engineer - ZB



RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. This role is critical in ensuring that our cloud infrastructure and network security configurations are reliable, efficient, and compliant with industry best practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems, while ensuring security and performance across cloud and on-premises environments.





Responsibilities:


Configure, test, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wireless LAN equipment and related services. Design, install, and configure wired and wireless network infrastructure for projects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with structured cabling systems. Monitor network performance, conduct tuning, and perform advanced troubleshooting. Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, customers, and executives. Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation.




QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering. Experience with Aruba Controller, Aruba Access Points, and ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM). Strong knowledge of Azure cloud networking. Experience with Azure Load Balancers, F5, and VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer. Proficiency in ITSM tools for incident, change, and problem management, including SLA adherence. Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving complex network issues. Working knowledge of DDoS mitigation policies and strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
