About the Role

As a

Network Engineer

, you will play a key role in

designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting

network systems and infrastructures. This is a

hands-on, field-based role

that requires technical precision, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. You'll ensure all networking systems operate smoothly and securely to support business continuity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Network Installation & Configuration:

Install, configure, and maintain networking hardware and systems, including routers, switches, access points, antennas, and structured cabling.

Network Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, replace faulty devices, and ensure optimal network performance with minimal downtime.

Site Surveys & Field Deployments:

Conduct on-site assessments to determine networking requirements, plan cabling layouts, and carry out installations in varied environments (offices, rooftops, underground areas, or outdoor facilities).

Documentation & Collaboration:

Maintain detailed documentation for installations, configurations, and maintenance work. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support deployments and upgrades.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to safety standards when performing outdoor or elevated work. Use protective equipment appropriately and ensure compliance with company and client safety procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Networking, Information Technology, Telecommunications

, or a related field. Hands-on experience in

network installation, cabling systems, and hardware setup

(fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Valid

driver's license

and willingness to travel frequently to client and project sites. Physically fit and comfortable working

outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces

, and able to carry networking equipment. Preferably certified in

CompTIA Network+

,

CCNA

, or equivalent.
