Job Description

Job Role:

Participate in given technical assignment in company's network infrasturucture project. Involve and take part in project study for network infrastructure design Communicate and collaborate with multitier personnel, such as clients, partners and vendors for scope of deliverable. Take part in project delivery, management, Installation, configure, test and maintain network infrastructure Prepare pre and post-project documentation Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for solution resolution and escalation if require. Attending to Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure meeting SLA Act as advisor and technical educator for non technical team members in aspect of IT network knowledge and know how.

Requirements:

Diploma , Advance Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalent IT Network knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN , Wireless) IT Security knowledge (Firewall, EndPoint Security, Policy and Enforcement of Unified Threat Management) Ability to understand, produce network diagrams, documentation for design and planning network systems Strong ability with interest to pickup and learn new technology or solution through technical research, training, hand on trial, and self R&D Proficient in English communication with ability to speak and write effectively , capable of respond to calls and meetings with customers,team member and vendors Hands-on experience with configuration, monitoring and network diagnostic CCNA/HCIA or higher would be added advantage Project management experience or having been integral to projects would be advantage Result oriented with excellent process and SOP executor with right attitudes is important. Minimum 2 - 5 years working experience in IT network support position

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
