To support daily operations of company IP Core Network, monitor network status, monitor and manage trouble tickets, provides remote assistance to engineers and customer, liaise with vendors and customers to resolve network issues.
Provide onsite support for Installation, Troubleshooting, Termination (Collection of Equipment) for Broadband Service, DIA, Metro-E, Managed Wi-Fi).
Compile and produced Installation Report (Broadband), SAF, OSR & FFR.
Execute Installation/Troubleshooting/Termination (Collection of Equipment) of Broadband Service at Perak.
Perform 1st & 2nd Level Troubleshooting via Remote & Onsite for the services at Perak (DIA, Metro-E, BB, Managed Wi-Fi).
Standby 24/7 for remote support and on-site support.
Respond email/Trouble Ticket (TT) /complaint from client.
Collaborate with engineers and third-party providers to facilitate issue resolution.
Ensure the implementation and updating of equipment monitoring in VCTEL EMS (GPON), maintaining accurate records.
Produce and update installation reports in Share Folder for BB, SAF, OSR, FFR.
Compile incident reports for Broadband Service.
Update and Maintain Broadband Client Databases (New Installation, Upgrade/Renew, Fiber Failure Report & Reallocation) with accurate information.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
Job Requirement
Diploma or Bachelors' degree in Computer /communication engineering or equivalent.
CCNA or any equivalent certification is an advantage.
A great personality with positive attitude.
