Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated
L1 Network Engineer
to provide first-level support, monitor network performance, and assist with basic troubleshooting tasks.Responsibilities
Monitor LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks and respond to Level 1 tickets Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues and escalate as needed Assist in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls Maintain incident logs and technical documentation Support VPN and end-user network access
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, ECE, or related field Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN CCNA certification (preferred or in progress) Good communication and problem-solving skills Willing to work in rotational and night shifts
