• Responsible for analysing, designing, implementing, configuring and supporting WORQ system and network solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity
• Ensure high availability of network infrastructure service to provide maximum performance to WORQ members
• Evaluate network matters and provide assistance when dealing with network vendors
• Establish good network practices to manage hardware and software related to WORQ network infrastructure and service
• Responsible for providing general IT support for WORQ team and troubleshooting IT problems faced by WORQ customers
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and other network and system problems
• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
• Due to the company's nature of business, incumbent is expected to carry out network maintenance task after work hours
• Additional ad hoc task as assigned by management

• Candidate to possess a Degree in IT or Software related fields
• At least 5 years of experience is required for this position
• A proven track record on software development and maintenance
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills
• Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve
• Must have good communication skills and strong command in spoken and written English language To succeed in this position, you need to:
