JD \xe2\x80\x93 Network Engineer Responsibilities:

• Oversees support of all Network elements in the organization including LAN & WAN links.
• Support, BAU (day to day) network operations and implementation of new hardware and software for any new network implementations.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis on network related issues.
• Documents network problems and resolution for future reference.
• Monitor system performance and implements performance tuning for the related technologies.
• Require a thorough knowledge of networking essentials.
• Perform patches on network devices

Job Requirement:

• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE. PMP & ITIL are good to have.
• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Systems: Cisco Systems (Catalyst, Nexus & Unified Communications), Firewall Setup & Admin (ASA, Checkpoint, PIX FortiGate ). Avaya, Nortel PABX exposure is a plus.
• Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS/CoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS, VPN, SIP.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer \xe2\x80\x93 Network (LAN/WAN and Firewall) Support.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: Up to RM14,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
