11:30pm - 9am (Supporting Canada Time Zone), Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Oversees support of all Network elements in the organization including LAN & WAN links. Support, BAU (day to day) network operations and implementation of new hardware and software for any new Network implementations. Perform troubleshooting analysis on network related issues. Documents network problems and resolution for future reference. Monitor system performance and implements performance tuning for the related technologies. Require a thorough knowledge of networking essentials. Perform patches on network devices

Requirements:

Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE. PMP & ITIL are good to have. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Systems: Cisco Systems (Catalyst, Nexus & Unified Communications), Firewall Setup & Admin (ASA, Checkpoint, PIX). Avaya, Nortel PABX exposure is a plus. Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS/CoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS, VPN, SIP.

Qualifications:

3 - 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network (LAN/WAN and Firewall) Support.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
