Job Description

Location: Klang, Selangor

s:

• Provide install, debugging, and technical documentation for projects and support situations.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies.
• During meetings and presentations, take responsibility for any technical action item and collaborate with suppliers to remedy the underlying issue.
• Perform on-site proof of concept activities, followed by user acceptability testing.

Job Requirements:

• A candidate with a university degree or technical qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience providing clients with implementation and support services for routing and switching, wireless, software-defined networking, and application delivery systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A team member with good analytical abilities and a friendly approach at work.

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco networking and F5 application delivery systems.
• Excellent technical documentation writing skills and knowledge of client infrastructure performance and security concerns.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to detect hazards before project implementation.
• Capable of quickly learning new security and networking technologies.

Certifications Required

• Cisco certifications in Routing and Switching, Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Centre, Wireless, and Service Provider.
• Additional Professional Certifications, such as CISSP, F5 Certified Administrator, and so on, would be advantageous.
