• Manage and run solution deployment including planning, server prerequisite run-through, hardening clearance, pilot test, UAT, administration and user training

• Provide after-sales service support and maintenance to internal and external customers

• Host internal/ external meetings for solution deployment, customer requests and feedback

• Responsible for project documentation for deployment planning, pilot test, UAT, training acceptance sign off, project sign off

• Render technical advice and resolution to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectation

• Troubleshoot and evaluate software functionality; ensuring prompt response to ticket escalation

• Evaluate and test existing and new products / features to ensure compatibility and functionality

• Create detailed-level design of software components based on subsystem requirements

• Implement and test code with no or minimal supervision

• Analyze and resolve bug fixes and change requests independently

• Work closely with customer\xe2\x80\x99s IT and internal technical teams to ensure successful project management

• Continuously upkeep knowledge base documentation.

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

• At least 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in the ICT industry.

• Possess knowledge and experience in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Print Management Solution, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Network Printing

• Proficient in JAVA, C#, C++, or Python programming languages

• Preferably with knowledge of Windows, Macintosh, MS SQL, Windows Active Directory, Network connectivity, remote control tools.

• Team player with strong analytical, communication skill, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.

• Independent, self-initiative, result-driven and ready to take up new challenges

• Good command of both oral and written English.

• Basic presentation skill.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

• Age Range: 27 - 35 yrs
